FabHotel Prime The Royal Galaxy - Hotel in Fateh Sagar Rd, Udaipur

The rooms were dirty and smelling. The pool water was dirty. It's not what you see in pictures. The staff was friendly, but the hotel was mostly like some cheap Oyo rooms. I cancelled my booking because of the small and dirty room. The pool was too small and dirty. Little outside the city.

Budget friendly. Spacious rooms with full window view. Terrace view with swimming pool, cool weather with lovely mountains. I would highly recommend this hotel for stay.

It is Mangal Residency by Name and by all means Nowhere, it has any FAB tag or name. Difficult to understand these two names are ONE and SAME. Don't english the Asian hotels

Fab customer support said three star hotel. But no facility was available like. Swimming pool water was very dirty, so couldn't use. Other than room, rest all pictures shown are not available in same condition. Poor towels provided. Rooms and bathrooms ( two rooms taken) were not in cleaned condition. After we reached the hotel for check in at 9 pm, they were started cleaning. Still lot of cockroach was available in room. Filled RO water bottle was given, after we reported, then they changed to packed mineral water. Kettle was provided after reporting. For windows lock was not available (safety issue). After that we adjusted. Strongly not recommended. Location good

Worst experience..room service so much worst.. they made wrong promises of amineties.. I mailed and so much calls but no response from fab team.

Every time my favorite hotel. I stayed here more than 50 times because of business purpose of my company. But one think I don't like they are using my room and giving to another person for 1 hours when I handover the key to reception. Please don't do like this type of work. Otherwise all services and staff are very familiar and they know me very well.
